Boracay Island, Philippines’s White Beach Vlog

My 2017 started on experiencing my first time to fly in an airplane bound for Boracay Island. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Philippine Airlines for the safe trip travel. And also to my friends Koi and Kenny for the awesome trip. We booked our way to Aklan last year November. As this was my first time to travel via plane, it was also our first time to travel together outside Metro Manila. We didn’t opt to do any physical activities in Boracay, instead enjoyed our 4D3N-stay on day and night drinking, sightseeing, eating delicious food, and walking by the shore at late nights. Our flight to Kalibo was delayed for three hours and we were worried about our transfer from Kalibo Airport to Caticlan-Boracay. We didn’t book any bus or car on our way there. Good thing upon arrival, Southwest Tours Boracay Inc. was available and offered us a one-way car transfer from Kalibo to Caticlan, two-way boat transfers, and one-way bus transfer from Caticlan-Kalibo. However, due to encountering crazy people while …

How to Claim a Refund From Cebu Pacific Air

Due to Cebu Pacific Air changes in our schedule flight, an air ticket refund whether a full refund or for a number of guests was offered. We were able to book a flight last April 2016 from Manila to Cebu on dates February 8 and 11, 2017 via Cebu Pacific Seat Sale promo. We are a number of seven guests, and it will be our first air travel together, and I was excited about it because, to be honest, I haven’t flown in a plane. Lol. But due to recent events and circumstances, I cannot join my officemates to our Cebu trip. Since this was promo tickets, there ain’t no option to change the guest’s name or even a refund. Since a schedule change advisory was sent by Cebu Pacific Air, we were given the option to get a full refund. Well, they’re still going, but my decision is still the same— not to go. So let me share my quick story on how I was able to get my air ticket refund via Cebu …

6 Best Places to Eat in Baguio City

Baguio has so much to offer and to appreciate about. There is something about this place that people loves to visit any time of the year. Blessed with an abundance of food choices, different places to appreciate art and a number of coffee shops just to sip your favorite hot coffee… Baguio always leaves everyone a happy heart. Last week, I was able to visit Baguio again with my friends and had the chance to experience the cold weather with temperature going down to 16 degrees Celsius, for three days and two nights. It was a travel visit booked three weeks earlier that helped me looked for the best accommodation within my budget. You can also search for awesome deals using booking sites such as Traveloka.com so you can spend your budget wisely. The trip was just so unforgettable, that whenever I think of Baguio, there’s always that emotion of missing the place. A lot of my friends and relatives keep asking me why I always come back when there’s nothing really new with the food …

Buntot Palos Falls: Laguna’s Hidden Waterfall

My family and I are new to doing adventurous activities, most specially with trekking. The first time we treked was last June at Ambon-Ambon Falls, one of the hidden falls in Laguna. You can reach this falls in a 30-minute trek. And the recent heart pumping, sweat rushing and made me go down my knees activity we had was to get to Buntot Palos Falls. This is located at the same town where Ambon-Ambon Falls is, Pangil, Laguna. We arrived at the area for registration around 2pm and we’re like the last group that day. Tour registration is at a minimum of 500 pesos for 5 pax, and 25 pesos each for community registration. Getting to the waterfall wasn’t easy for me. We had to finish all five stations, and that was like 2 hours getting there. The struggle was to trek with us being unprepared— no trekking gears, just our minds ready. I was like wearing slippers, shorts, and long sleeve shirt. And to help me climb, a bottle of water was at my hand. …
